Shipping Policy – Verified Live

1. Who Delivers Your Order

Verified Live generates orders only. Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner, PostEx (with additional courier partners to be added over time), not by Verified Live or the seller directly. Verified Live is not the courier and is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once an order is handed to PostEx — see Section 6.

2. Coverage

We ship nationwide across Pakistan at launch, using PostEx's delivery network. We plan to add further courier partners over time to expand and improve coverage.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Sellers are required to hand off every order to PostEx within 24 hours of it being generated through a livestream session (this is a binding obligation under the Seller Onboarding Terms). Delivery timelines from that point follow PostEx's standard service windows, which vary by destination city.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is itemized at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping; a free-shipping threshold for larger orders may be introduced in the future, once we are confident it can be supported sustainably.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, an Airway Bill (AWB) and tracking number are automatically shared with you, so you can track your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

Failed delivery attempts: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, PostEx will follow its standard reattempt process before returning the order to the seller.
Address changes: You may request a delivery address change before your order is dispatched, by contacting Verified Live support or the seller directly. For your protection, address changes are verified with you directly (including via OTP confirmation) before they are applied. Changes cannot be made once an order is out for delivery.
Damage or loss in transit: Verified Live is not the courier and is not liable for damage or loss during transit. Where this occurs, responsibility for resolving it — replacement or refund — sits with the seller under the Seller Onboarding Terms. Sellers of high-value items are expected to arrange shipment insurance or otherwise bear the replacement/refund cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for how to report this.
