Grievance Redressal Process

We operate a simple, two-tier grievance process so issues are resolved quickly and fairly, before any need for formal proceedings:

1. Tier 1 — Support Resolution: Raise your query with support via phone or the in-app support channel. We aim to acknowledge and resolve issues at this stage.
2. Tier 2 — Grievance Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the Tier 1 outcome, you may escalate your complaint in writing (via support or email). Escalated complaints are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original decision, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If a dispute remains unresolved after both tiers, it may be progressed under the dispute resolution mechanism in our Terms and Conditions (Section 11).
